ICSK JUNIOR CONDUCTED LKG ORIENTATION FOR 2016-17 ADMISSIONS

A special orientation program was conducted at the Indian Community School Kuwait, Junior, on 10^th April, 2016. In the keynote address, Principal in-charge Mrs. Sherly Dennis assured all parents on the safety aspects of the school, the commitment of the teaching fraternity and advised them to remain in constant touch with the school authorities. Further, she briefed the parents on the quality of education of the premier institution which has an existence of over 56 years. She went on to introduce the Vice-Principal Mrs. Murthy, the Supervisor of Pre-Primary Section Mrs. Shafika and all the teachers of LKG. Mrs. Shafika Yunus, supervisor of Pre-primary section, instructed the parents with necessary guidelines in the interest of children. Vice Principal’s address incorporated gentle reminders to parents on teaching simple motor and social skills to their child as preparation of attending a formal school for the first time.

The core plan of the event was time slotted for all children to be dropped to their class to enable them to get familiar with their teacher. It was a great opportunity for the children to know their teacher and for the parents to know about the school.
