ICSK KHAITAN CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS -2014
The Indian Community School Kuwait Khaitan Branch celebrated a scintillating Christmas in the spacious premises of the school on 24th December 2014.The severe winter forgot its function having felt the warmth of celebrations. On this joyous occasion a thematic assembly was organized by the students based on the values of Christmas. A value laden skit performed by students conveyed the great message of Christmas: Love your neighbour as you love yourself. The choir rose up to the occasion by singing the traditional Christmas carols.
The celebrations reached its apex with the arrival of Santa and his humorous words added special flavour to the Christmas feast. The story narrated by Mrs. Beena Jerome was really inspiring and it once again ignited the feeling of sharing in the minds of the audience.
Mr. K. G. Shirsath, the Principal of ICSK, Khaitan addressed the gathering and he continued with the theme of sharing and caring. He enlightened the students on the importance of selflessness and how to be a blessing to others. The Vice Principal, Dr. Mary Isaac and all other teachers joined in the fun and frolic making the occasion most memorable and joyous.
