FAIPS-DPS : LKG SPORTS FIELD FIESTA

LKG

The morning of 10th December 2014, saw the tiny-tots of the FAIPS Kindergarten gearing up for their most prestigious LKG Field Fiesta. This day at Fahaheel  Al-Watanieh Indian Private School, Ahmadi  has always been an emotional journey for the children, teachers and parents alike!   The school’s field reflected an undeniable amalgamation of the wide range of fanciful ideas of the kinder world.

The ceremony began with the release of balloons by the chief guest, The First Lady, Dr. Gargi Jain, Dr. Bhaskar Gupta, the School Principal, Mrs. Anju Dheman, Vice Principal, Mr. Ravi Ayanoli and the KG Headmistress, Mrs. Sangeeta Bawa followed by the recital of the Holy Quran and the Kuwait national anthem.

Then, the magic unfolded … The first performance was brought up by the 4 year olds who showed that they were ready to face the outside world with their Kung-Fu stunts. The audience was spellbound and then followed the hoola-hoop dance on the beats of “aga-doo-doo” where in the little ones made fancy formations and moved in sync with each other. Then the children dressed like robots performed on the kids favorite melody-“Chandu ke chacha ne…”.The tiny-tots danced on another well choreographed Jungle song “In the jungle”.  They virtually took the onlookers on a jungle safari where Tarzen and Jane were dancing to the foot tapping jungle jive! Following this, the next lot of tiny feet performed on a popular hindi song. The spectacular “Punjabi Wedding Song” performed effortlessly by these LKG children took everyone back to the wedding season‘s festivities. Finally the Finale Song- highlighting the spirit of Unity   captivated the audience when the little ones holding flowers of the seven colours of the Rainbow displayed the strength of “unity in diversity”.  The props, the costumes, the dramatized expressions of the young ones took everyone’s heart away! No wonder it got a standing ovation.
