In addition, the application for issuing a salary certificate is submitted through the authority’s electronic services, explaining that to obtain the certificate, the employer or the authorized signatory can electronically submit the application.

PAM announced adding the service of issuing salary certificates to its "Ashal" service, so that employers or authorized signatory can apply from their workplace.
