Professor Nanda Kumar is one such person who has carved out a niche for himself among the millions by becoming the first Indian Medical Scientist to be Appointed Chairman of a Clinical Department ,namely Obstetrics&Gynecology Department, Medical Faculty, Kuwait University. Dr Nandakumar is also the First Indian Scientist to be promoted to position of Full Professor in a Clinical Department in the history of Kuwait University as well.
