Prawn Samosa

 Ingredients:

1 Prawn -  half kilo
2 Green chillies-10
3 Onion-3
4 Ginger and garlic paste-1/2 cup
5 Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
6 Crushed pepper
7 Cuminseed-1 teaspoon
8 Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
9 Chopped coriander leaves-1 pinch
10 Maida flour-1/4 kilo
11 Salt-needed
12Coconut oil

Cook the cleaned prawns with salt and turmeric powder with the lid closed. Take a frying pan, pour oil and saute the chopped green chillies and ingredients 4 to 9 well. Add the cooked prawns to it. Make a smooth dough with maida flour and roll it into the shape of chapathi. Fill it with the prepared masala and then deep fry. Samosa is ready to be served.
