Mughlai Paratha

Mughlai Paratha Recipe
Ingredients

   
• 1 cup plain flour
• 3 eggs
• ¼ cup finely chopped onions
• ¼ cup finely chopped coriander
• 2-3 finely chopped green chillies
• Red chilli powder to taste
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp oil
• Green chutney for serving

Method
• Knead the flour into a dough, using some water.
• Roll out the dough to make rotis. Dust them with flour.
• For the stuffing, break the eggs into a bowl.
• Add the onions, coriander, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt to this. Mix well.
• Put a roti on the pan. Cook it on a slow flame. Brush it with a little oil and flip it after some time.
• Put some of the prepared stuffing on the roti.
• Apply some oil on the sides and fold it over.
• Repeat with the remaining rotis.
• Serve them hot with green chutney.
