‘SENATE FEST’ IN ICSK KHAITAN

Frolic senate fest held at the spacious premises of ICSKKhaitan on 4^th June 2014was literally a gala festival for students.

The bubbly fest, a veritable banquet for perception was inaugurated by Mr. Vijay Karayil, the Honorary Secretary to ICSK Board of Trustees, whose inspiring inaugural speech revitalizedthe zest of teachers and students. The occasion was blessed with the presence of the Parent Advisory Council members Mr. Ninan Joseph,Mrs.FarahZeba Yusuf, Mr.Jithesh M.P and Mrs.Reyana Mahesh.

The fest was kicked off  with a thrilling football match between class VIII &X. After the lively match, class X emerged the winners .The students from classes VIII-X were allowed to put up various stalls for food items, games, mehandi designing, hair styling,  etc.which manifested the creativity  inherent in them.Students of classes VI&VII came up witha  variety of games stalls .The melodious songs rendered by the school choir added special luster to the event.The magic show performed by the Mathematics Teacher Mr.VinodVasudevan mesmerized the tiny tots. Several rounds of Bingo were conducted by a team of very enthusiastic teachers.

With the guidance of their teachers, student senate created a genuine carnival scenario with their vibrant participation. The fest proved itself to be an occasion of jubilation for all the students. With ‘Senate Fest 2014’ ICSK Khaitanjoyfully welcomed the summer vacation 2014.
