Inter-house AD-MAD competition, at FAIPS – DPS

The commerce department of FAIPS – DPS held inter-house AD-MAD competition on Wednesday, 7^TH May for classes IX-XII. The judges for the competition were Principal FAIPS Mrs. Anju Dheman, Ms. SangeetaBawa, supervisor Kindergarten and Ms. Vineeta , Headmistress  Primary. The four houses: Faith, Harmony, Truth and Peace were given the challenge of creating an advertisement for a range of off-beat products- from ‘a balloon that blows your worries away’ to a ‘pen that writes only correct answers’. Each product offered great scope for innovation and spontaneity. The teams put together some very enticing jingles but the clear stand-out was the winning house. Faith house’s advertisement was a carefully crafted recipe of clever dialogues, great use of props and a pinch of humour. Above all, the competition was aimed at helping the students hone their skills and giving them a platform to showcase their talents. The judges congratulated the participants for their commendable efforts and the program ended with the vote of thanks. After all, no show is a success without the hard work of the many who work behind the scenes.
