INAUGRATION OF AFTERNOON SESSION FOR CLASS XI
Education, if looked at beyond its conventional boundaries, forms the very essence of all our actions.15th April 2014 was a magnificent day for ICSK Senior as the afternoon session for class XI commenced on that day. A formal inaugural ceremony was held at the senior school auditorium on Tuesday - 15th April 2014.The ceremony was blessed with the gracious presence of the honourable members of the ICSK Board of trustees, parents, teachers and students.
The programme began with invoking the blessings of the divine by lighting the lamp, emblematically denoting the journey from darkness to light. The congregation was ardently welcomed by Dr. V. Binumon, Principal –ICSK Senior. All the honorary members of the ICSK Board of trustees spoke on this auspicious juncture and gave their best wishes for this pioneering venture of the school. The Honorary Chairman, Mr.Ashok Karla emphatically stated that the afternoon shift was the need of the hour, to cater to the needs of students opted for diverse streams of study at the Senior Secondary level. The Honorary Vice Chairman, Mr.Rajan Daniel said that it is the fulfillment of a long cherished dream of the Indian community in Kuwait, because the ability and opportunity, the combination of both help in achieving stupendous success in life. The Honorary Secretary Mr. Vijayan Karayil articulated his delight in providing the ceiling opportunity for the deserving students. He also tinted that the afternoon shift is an inestimable asset for the community. The Honorary member of the board of trustees, Mr. Bobby Mathew, member academic committee mentioned it as a mission with an extraordinary vision. Class charges were handed over to the respective class teachers by Dr.V.Binumon, the Principal. He elaborated that special enrichment programmes will be organized for the overall development of the students. The academic journey began with great hopes and expectations.
