'The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has issued fresh directives requiring engineers to obtain equivalency for their qualifications to secure or renew work permits in Kuwait’s private sector. The guidelines, detailed in a circular by PAM Director Marzouq Al-Otaibi, aim to standardize the recognition of engineering professionals, ensuring compliance and professional integrity.
