On Wednesday, the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) signed a landmark land leasing contract with international tech giant Google. The signing ceremony, attended by Minister of State for Communication Affairs, Omar Al-Omar, marks a significant milestone in Kuwait’s pursuit of a modernized digital infrastructure.
