Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Center has unveiled an extraordinary celestial event set to grace Kuwait on Saturday, March 16. For the first time in 33 years, Kuwait will experience equal nights and days, each lasting precisely 12 hours. This remarkable occurrence coincides with the sacred month of Ramadan, enhancing its significance.

Khaled Al-Jumaan, the esteemed director of the Space and Astronomy Museum at the cultural center, revealed the details on Monday. According to Al-Jumaan, the sun will rise at 5:57 am and set at 5:57 pm on the 16th of March. As a result, the day will gradually lengthen, offering a unique opportunity to observe and appreciate the subtle changes in daylight duration.
