A Kuwaiti newspaper reports that Kuwait has launched an online complaint system for domestic workers.

The Public Authority of Manpower (PAM), according to Al Qabas, has implemented a six-service system that includes the processing of complaints filed by employers and recruiting offices.

An online service for issuance of clearances, extending a worker's residency, and employment transfer is also available, according to the source.

Due to one-time restrictions prompted by the global COVID-19 epidemic, Kuwait, a country with around 4.6 million people, has sought to diversify its domestic labour market in recent months.
