The ranking of Kuwait fell two places compared to last month, while Saudi Arabia moved up only one position.

Kuwait ranked 20th in global internet speed using fixed broadband, with 112.5 megabytes per second, and second in the Arab world behind the UAE, which ranked first and 12th globally.
