Through its website, the Central Agency for Resolving the Status of Illegal Residents has started accepting renewal and inquiry requests for health insurance cards electronically.

In a statement, the agency said it introduced the electronic renewal service for health insurance cards in February as well as other electronic services such as issuing certificates and documents, such as marriage certificates, divorce documents, and inventories of heirs, as well as determining whether the documents are ready for retrieval.

By launching the service, illegal residents will be able to facilitate their transactions and speed up the issuance of the documents, while those who wish to renew their cards or request certificates and documents electronically can visit the agency's website at es.carirs.gov.kw.
