According to an ambitious strategy established by the bank's management to provide the best service to citizens in the simplest and easiest way possible, the Kuwait Credit Bank is the first government institution to be unique in providing its services through artificial intelligence technology, according to spokeswoman Habari Al-Khashti.

Al-Khashti emphasized that the bank's artificial intelligence technology services do not need customers to physically visit any of the bank's branches or to submit paperwork from various governmental agencies.
