Kuwait's passport, visa, and consular outsource center by BLS revised its working hours.Consular attestation, passport, and visa services will be available at Embassy's BLS Outsourcing Center in Kuwait City from 7.30 A.M.to 9.30 P.M.

on Saturday to Thursday and on Fridays, the center will work from 2.30 P.M. to 9.30 P.M. The new hours begin immediately. Up to 10 AM on any given day, documents can be deposited at the BLS Center for Consular Attestation. Will be returned the same day at 6 P.M.to 9.30 P.M

while documents deposited after 10.00 A.M. will be returned the next working day from 6 P.M. to 9.30 P.M. Requests for same day attestation in emergency cases will be decided on a case-to-case basis based on the nature of emergency.
