Kala(Art) Kuwait Organized ‘Iftar’ Get-together
Kala(Art) Kuwait organized an Iftar get-together to spread the great message of sharing during the holy month of Ramadan, which is a symbol of friendship, coexistence, tolerance, equality and mutual love.
Kala(Art) Kuwait President P K Shivakumar presided over the Iftar meet which was arranged at the Hydein Hall, Abbasiya on Saturday, March 22nd at 5 pm. General Secretary Aneesh Varghese welcomed the gathering and Treasurer Ajit Kumar proposed the vote of thanks. Renowned orator Ashraf Ekarur delivered the Iftar address, discussing the importance of Ramadan in developing communal harmony. Kala(Art) Vice President Aneecha Shaijit and Iftar Convener Mustafa Maitri were also present on the stage.
The get-together was attended by community leaders, representatives from different socio-cultural organizations, print-visual medias and Kala(Art) Kuwait members and families.
The program was led by the members of the Kala (Art) Kuwait Executive Committee, Mukesh, Sunil Kumar, Rakesh, Johnny, Kanakaraj, Anil Varghese, Prince, Lijomon, Girish Kuttan, Santosh, Prajeesh, Jyothi Sivakumar, Sandhya Ajith, and Sisita Girish.
